By accessing and using TempMail ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

2. Description of Service

TempMail provides temporary email address services and related features. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limitations. The Service allows users to receive emails at temporary addresses for a limited time.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• We use Supabase for authentication and user management. By creating an account, you also agree to Supabase's terms of service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer subscription-based premium plans with enhanced features. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy below.

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your chosen plan.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a limited refund policy for subscription services:

• 1-day refund period: You may request a full refund within 1 calendar day (24 hours) of your initial subscription purchase.
• No refunds after 1 day: After the 1-day period, refunds are not provided, except in cases of service failure or at our sole discretion.
• Continued access: When you cancel after the 1-day period, you will continue to have access to premium features and your plan's benefits until the end of your current billing period.
• Account violations: No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations of these terms.
• Refund process: To request a refund, contact us with your account details and reason for the refund request.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:

• Sending or receiving illegal content, spam, or malicious emails
• Attempting to circumvent any limitations or restrictions on the Service
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Creating accounts through automated means or creating multiple accounts to abuse free limits
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Using the Service for any commercial purposes beyond the scope of your subscription plan

7. Data Privacy and Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Temporary emails and their contents are automatically deleted after expiration
• We store minimal user data necessary for service operation
• We use Supabase for data storage and management
• Payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe

8. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

• We may implement rate limiting and usage restrictions

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TempMail and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Service and the use of this Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TempMail, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TempMail and its licensors, licensees, distributors, third-party suppliers, and other authorized users, and each of the foregoing entities' respective resellers, distributors, service providers and suppliers, and all of the foregoing entities' respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
